SavinGreen was built to demonstrate that it was possible to create a business model that also could generate environmental benefit. Providing telecommunications, energy efficient LEDS and energy brokerage, SavinGreen peaked at an annual revenue in excess of $5M and contributed to the planting of over 64,000 trees through Carbon Neutral.
In 2016, SavinGreen sold its telecommunication operations and over 2018 -19 wound up the rest of its utility operations. This venture demonstrated how social business models can make a difference. The SavinGreen name and branding will continue forward as an advocate for our environment.
The model developed has been applied to Dr. Sigston's private medical practice to continue demonstrating how individuals and small business can make a difference.
